Manufacturing employs CNC Swiss screw machines and CNC
Bar/Chucker lathes with a range of capacity from 3/32”
to 2 ½” diameter in bar stock and chucking up to 10”
diameter for blanks, to produce a wide variety of
components to our customer’s specifications.
For
special shapes, such as customer supplied castings,
Metaport has the capability to design and build custom
tooling and fixtures, in house, to suit your individual
applications.
We are experienced in machining ferrous and non ferrous metals, as well
as many plastics such as Nylon, Teflon, Acetal, Acrylic,
Rulon, and P.V.C.
